If you’ve ever whispered to yourself, “Why won’t they stop?”
Then you already know the cycle of heartbreak and exhaustion that comes with loving someone caught in addiction.
You’ve tried everything—talking, pleading, fixing, hoping—and yet nothing seems to change. Meanwhile, you’re left feeling drained, isolated, and like you’ve somehow lost the woman you used to be.
You’re not alone. And it’s not your fault.

Why I Created This Space
I’ve been there. I’ve loved someone with an addiction, and I know the toll it takes—the sleepless nights, the self-doubt, the constant second-guessing of your worth. For years, I poured all of my energy into saving someone else, only to realise I was sinking too.
That experience is why I created Why Won’t They Stop: a space for women who’ve carried the weight of someone else’s addiction for too long, and are ready to reclaim their peace, strength, and identity.
Welcome

What I Believe
I believe you can love fully without losing yourself in the chaos of addiction.
