If You’re Not Sure Where to Start…
The List Free Training
A Gentle First Step Toward Clarity
If you’re loving someone with addiction and you feel overwhelmed, confused, or completely worn out, The List is the best place to begin.
You may have spent months — or years — trying everything you can think of.
Talking.
Explaining.
Pleading.
Monitoring.
Forgiving.
Threatening.
Researching.
Hoping this time will be different.
And still, you may find yourself asking:
Why won’t they stop?
What else am I supposed to do?
Am I helping, enabling, abandoning, or just surviving?
The List is a free training designed to help you begin seeing the pattern more clearly.
Not so you can blame yourself.
Not so you can give up on them.
And not so you can magically control their recovery.
But so you can understand what has been happening to you in the middle of loving someone with addiction.
Inside The List, you’ll begin to explore why the same painful cycles keep repeating, why your nervous system may feel constantly on edge, and why their recovery cannot depend on you getting everything right.
This is a steady first step if you’re not ready for coaching yet, but you know something has to change.
If You Need Immediate Stability…
3-Session Anchoring Series
A Steady Place to Start
Three structured sessions to:
- Calm emotional overload
- Untangle what’s yours to manage
- Create a grounded 30-day plan
Focused. Contained. Practical.
If You Want Ongoing Support…
The Anchored & Rising Circle Membership
A Steady Support Space for Women Who Love Someone With Addiction
Sometimes, once the immediate overwhelm begins to settle, you need somewhere steady to keep learning, reflecting, and coming back to yourself.
The Anchored & Rising Circle Membership is an ongoing paid support space for women who love someone with addiction and want practical resources, compassionate guidance, and a community that understands this experience.
Inside the membership, you’ll find support around:
- boundaries without drowning in guilt
- emotional steadiness during chaos
- understanding the patterns that keep you stuck
- rebuilding self-trust
- separating love from responsibility
- reconnecting with your own life, choices, and identity
This is not therapy.
It is not crisis support.
And it is not a place to learn how to control someone else’s addiction.
It is ongoing support for the woman who wants to stay anchored while she keeps rising.
