8-Week Family Intensive (1:1)

Structured coaching alongside addiction treatment or recovery

This programme is for families navigating treatment, outpatient recovery, residential discharge or a major transition in the home.

  • clarifying roles, expectations and living arrangements;
  • preparing for treatment or discharge transitions;
  • improving difficult family conversations;
  • making decisions from clarity rather than fear or guilt.

This coaching can complement clinical treatment, but it does not replace medical care, therapy or addiction treatment.

A Gentle First Step Toward Clarity

The List is a free introductory training to help you understand the patterns you may be caught in and begin seeing your situation more clearly.

It can help you explore:

  • why the same cycles keep repeating;
  • how loving someone with addiction affects you;
  • where helping can become rescuing;
  • what may be yours to change;
  • what your next steady step could be.

You Don’t Have to Decide Everything Today.

You may not yet know whether you need a community, private coaching or simply a quiet place to begin.

That is all right.

You only need to choose the next step that feels useful and manageable now.

If you are unsure which option fits your situation, you are welcome to get in touch.

You may not be able to control their recovery. But you can choose how you respond and what happens next in your own life.
