The Anchored Woman Program
The Anchored Woman Program offers coaching for women who love someone with addiction and want to become calmer, clearer, and steadier without losing themselves in the chaos.

WHY THIS PROGRAM EXISTS
If you’re anything like the women I support, you’ve spent years trying to hold it all together — quietly, alone, and often at the cost of your own wellbeing.
You may feel:
⚓ overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted
⚓ unheard or invisible in your own life
⚓ unsure where you end and their addiction begins
⚓ desperate for calm but constantly on edge
⚓ trapped between wanting to help and wanting to protect yourself
⚓ guilty for wanting boundaries
⚓ unsure how to talk about any of this without being judged
And the truth is…
No one teaches you how to love someone who’s struggling with addiction.
You’ve been navigating a storm with no map and no support.
That’s why I created The Anchored Woman Program.
Because you deserve a safe, structured space to learn how to steady yourself — emotionally, mentally, and spiritually — while still being human in the middle of it all.
The Anchored Woman Framework — Four Foundations That Steady You
The Anchored Woman Program is built around four core foundations — the emotional and practical structure many women need when they love someone with addiction.
These foundations guide the 12-week journey:
1. Anchored Awareness
Understanding your emotions, triggers, patterns, roles, and survival responses — without blame.
This is where you begin to see yourself clearly again.
2. Calm Nervous System
Practical tools to ground and regulate your nervous system during chaos, conflict, silence, relapse, or uncertainty.
This is how you begin moving from reactive to steady.
3. Clear, Compassionate Boundaries
Learning to communicate your limits and needs without guilt, collapse, over-explaining, or trying to manage their response.
This is where you begin reclaiming your space, peace, and self-respect.
4. Rising Identity
Rebuilding your confidence, self-worth, values, and vision for your future — even while their journey remains uncertain.
This is where you reconnect with who you are and who you are becoming.
Together, these four foundations create the emotional structure you may have been missing — helping you stay steadier while you navigate real life.

Who You Become in 12 Weeks
By the end of the 12 weeks, you will:
⚓ Feel calmer and more grounded
⚓ Understand your patterns, triggers, and boundaries
⚓ Communicate clearly — without guilt
⚓ Respond instead of react
⚓ Stop rescuing, over-performing, or absorbing everything
⚓ Feel reconnected to your identity and inner strength
⚓ Have a future plan that isn’t dependent on their choices
⚓ Feel supported, understood, and no longer left to untangle everything alone
⚓ Have practical tools to stay steady — no matter what’s happening around you
In short:
You become the steady one in your own story.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
A 12-Week Guided Experience — With Structure That Holds You
The Anchored Woman Program is designed to support you gently but powerfully through a structure that feels steady, predictable, and human — even when the rest of life feels anything but.
This isn’t something you have to keep up with.
It’s a structured space you can lean into.
Here’s how it works.
Weekly Private Coaching Sessions
You’ll meet with me weekly for a private coaching session across the 12 weeks.
These sessions give you space to:
⚓ untangle what is happening in your situation
⚓ understand your emotional patterns and reactions
⚓ apply the weekly theme to your real life
⚓ practise steadier communication and boundaries
⚓ make decisions from clarity rather than fear, guilt, or pressure
⚓ reconnect with yourself, your values, and your future
Each session is grounded, practical, and focused on helping you become steadier in your own life.
This is not crisis management.
It is not therapy.
And it is not about fixing someone else’s addiction.
It is coaching for the woman who has been trying to hold everything together.
Weekly Teaching & Integration
Each week follows a core theme from The Anchored Woman Framework.
You’ll receive structured teaching, reflection, and practical tools to help you understand the theme and apply it between sessions.
These materials may include:
⚓ short teachings
⚓ reflection prompts
⚓ worksheets
⚓ scripts
⚓ grounding tools
⚓ practical exercises
The work is focused and designed to fit into real life.
There is no gold star for over-performing here. Thank goodness. We are not building another thing for you to feel guilty about.
Reflection and Practice Between Sessions
Each week, you’ll have a simple reflection or integration activity to support the work.
These are designed to help you:
⚓ notice your patterns
⚓ practise steadier responses
⚓ prepare for difficult conversations
⚓ separate what is yours from what is not
⚓ reconnect with your own needs and choices
This is where the change starts becoming real.
Not because you suddenly do everything perfectly.
Because you begin noticing sooner, pausing longer, and choosing differently.
Support Between Sessions
Between sessions, you will have clear guidance on what to focus on for the week.
Depending on the format available at the time of enrolment, support may include email check-ins, shared reflection notes, or access to relevant resources inside the broader Why Won’t They Stop? support ecosystem.
You are not left holding everything alone between calls.
Support is structured, contained, and focused on helping you integrate the work without creating dependency..
Suggested Time Commitment
A realistic weekly rhythm looks like:
⚓ 60 minutes for your private coaching session
⚓ 15–30 minutes for reflection or integration
⚓ time to practise the tools in real life
This program is not about adding more pressure to your already overloaded life.
It is about helping you come back to yourself inside the life you are actually living.
Starting Dates and Availability
The Anchored Woman Program is currently available by application.
Because this is private 1:1 coaching, start dates are arranged individually, depending on availability.
Places are limited so that each client receives steady, thoughtful support.
If you are interested, the next step is to apply or enquire so we can confirm whether the program is the right fit for you at this time.
The Anchored Woman Program — FAQs
Will this program coach me to leave my relationship?
No.
This program does not tell women to leave, and you will never be pressured to make a decision you’re not ready for.
The work focuses on strengthening you — emotionally, mentally, and practically — so that any decisions you make come from clarity rather than fear or chaos.
Whether you stay or go is always your choice.
I’m worried about the impact on my children. Can this really help?
Children benefit from having at least one emotionally steady parent.
You cannot control another adult’s addiction — but you can model regulation, boundaries, and self-respect.
When one parent becomes calmer and clearer, the emotional tone of a home shifts.
Strengthening yourself is one of the most protective things you can do for your family.
What if I’m in a different time zone or life gets chaotic?
Because this program is currently offered privately, session times are arranged directly with you wherever possible.
Life does get messy, especially when addiction is part of the picture. Clear rescheduling boundaries will be provided at enrolment so you know what is flexible and what is not.
The structure is designed to support you, not punish you.
Is this program right for me if my loved one is still actively using or my situation is complicated?
Yes.
This coaching can be beneficial whether your loved one is still using, relapsing, uncertain about recovery, or cycling in and out of change. It can also support you if you’re separated, co-parenting, or in a relationship that feels emotionally tangled.
Your situation does not need to be stable or resolved to begin this work.
If their behaviour feels unpredictable, exhausting, or consuming, this program is designed to help you become steadier within it.
Do I need to decide whether I’m staying or leaving before joining?
No.
You do not need clarity about your relationship before you begin this work.
Many women join while feeling conflicted, uncertain, or emotionally exhausted. Some are committed to staying. Some are considering leaving. Many genuinely don’t know yet.
This program is not about pushing you toward a decision.
It’s about helping you become calmer, clearer, and stronger so that any decision you make — now or later — comes from steadiness rather than fear, guilt, or chaos.
Your loved one’s choices may or may not change.
This work is about ensuring that you do.
Is this program therapy?
No.
Anchored & Rising Circle is a coaching and personal growth program. It is not therapy and does not replace clinical treatment, psychological care, or crisis support.
This work can complement therapy beautifully, but it is not designed for emergency situations.
If you require immediate support or are in danger, please contact appropriate local emergency or crisis services.
How long do I have access to the program?
The private coaching process runs for 12 weeks.
You will have access to the materials provided during your program for the access period stated at enrolment. If ongoing support is available through The Anchored & Rising Circle membership, you may be invited to continue there after the 12 weeks.
When does the program start?
The Anchored Woman Program is currently offered privately, so start dates are arranged individually depending on availability.
Once your place is confirmed, we will agree on a weekly session time and begin from there.
In future, the program may also be offered as a small-group experience with set cohort dates.
What if I join and then realise it’s not for me?
As this is a Founding Member round with highly discounted pricing and personal access, all sales are final.
But the structure, support, and pace ensure that every woman receives meaningful guidance no matter where she starts.
I feel bad spending money on myself. Shouldn’t I be focusing on helping them instead?
Loving someone with an addiction often means you’ve been pouring from an empty cup for a long time.
This program helps you rebuild your strength, clarity, and emotional steadiness — which supports everyone around you, including your loved one.
Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish.
It’s essential.
What if I want to talk to you before joining?
That is completely reasonable.
Because this is a private coaching program, the first step is to apply or enquire. If it appears the program may be a good fit, we can arrange a brief clarity call before confirming your place.
This helps make sure the support is appropriate for you, your situation, and what you are hoping to receive.
