If You Need Immediate Stability…

3-Session Anchoring Series

A Steady Place to Start

This short, focused private coaching series is designed for women who feel overwhelmed and need clarity quickly.

Three structured sessions to:

  • Calm emotional overload
  • Untangle what’s yours to manage
  • Create a grounded 30-day plan

Focused. Contained. Practical.

If You’re Ready for Deeper Work…

Anchored & Rising Circle

A 12-Week Structured Coaching Program

For women who are ready to move beyond crisis management and untangle the deeper patterns that keep them stuck.

This is steady, guided support for rebuilding your identity, boundaries, and self-trust while loving someone with an addiction.

Inside this 12-week journey, we focus on:

  • Understanding emotional triggers and survival patterns
  • Calming and regulating your nervous system
  • Establishing clear, compassionate boundaries
  • Untangling responsibility from control
  • Rebuilding self-worth and future direction

This is not reactive coping.

It is structured transformation — in a contained, supportive space with other women who understand this experience.

Many women begin with the 3-Session Series and continue into Anchored & Rising once they feel steadier.

If You’re Seeking Specialist Private Support…

8-Week Family Intensive (1:1)

Structured, High-Touch Coaching

For families navigating addiction treatment, outpatient recovery, or discharge from residential care — and needing structured support alongside that process.

This intensive is designed to stabilise the family system while recovery unfolds, so decisions are made from clarity rather than fear, guilt, or pressure.

Over eight weeks, we focus on:

  • Establishing clear, sustainable boundaries
  • Reducing enabling and reactive patterns
  • Stabilising the emotional environment at home
  • Preparing for discharge or outpatient transitions
  • Clarifying expectations, responsibilities, and living arrangements
  • Addressing difficult questions directly — including whether a loved one returns home, and under what conditions

This work creates space for honest conversation.
Feelings are validated.
Conflict is unpacked.
Strategy replaces confusion.

The framework remains structured and consistent, while the focus is tailored to your family’s specific dynamics and stage of recovery.

This coaching complements clinical treatment. It does not replace therapy or medical care.

Available for collaboration with treatment providers seeking structured family support alongside patient care.
