Not Therapy, Medical, or Legal Advice

The content and services we provide are educational and coaching-based. They are not:

  • Addiction treatment or rehabilitation

Intellectual Property

  • Audio and video content (meditations, trainings, recordings)
  • Visual content (graphics, PDFs, slides, branding)

  • Share program materials with others who have not paid for access

You are welcome to take notes and apply what you learn in your own life and work, but not to replicate the programs or sell derivative versions of them as your own intellectual property.

User Accounts & Community Spaces

If you create an account or join a community space (e.g. Skool, membership portal, private group):

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure
  • You agree to behave respectfully towards other members
  • We may remove access if your behaviour is harmful, abusive, or disruptive

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or close community spaces at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our website, programs, or resources
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the site or services
