Refund Policy

At Lightkeeper Ventures, we want you to feel confident and supported when you invest in your growth. We’re committed to fairness, transparency, and honouring the effort you put into your own healing and development. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how they work across our programs and digital products.
Coaching Programs (Including Anchored & Rising Circle)
We offer a 30-day refund period for the Anchored & Rising Circle 12-week coaching program.
If after actively participating in the first 30 days you feel the program is not supporting you, please email us at hello@lightkeeperventures.com to request a refund.
To be eligible, we ask that you demonstrate reasonable engagement, such as:
- Attendance at coaching calls or viewing replays
- Completion of worksheets or exercises
- Participation inside the community (if applicable)
This ensures fairness to all participants and helps us improve the program.
Important Notes
- Refund requests must be made within the first 30 days of the program start date
- After 30 days, all payments — including payment plans — are non-refundable
- Deposits are refundable only within the 30-day window
- If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless a valid refund is approved within the 30-day period
Digital Products
All instant-download digital products (including PDFs, workbooks, audio files, meditations, and templates) are non-refundable.
Because access is delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds cannot be provided once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Payment Plans
If you enrol in a program using a payment plan:
- You agree to complete all payments
- Missed payments may result in suspension of access until payment is resolved
- A failed payment does not void the total owed unless a refund is granted within the policy window
Cancellations & Changes
For recurring memberships (if applicable in future offerings):
- You may cancel any time before your next billing cycle
- Partial months are not refunded
- Future charges stop immediately upon cancellation

- The email used at purchase
- The program or product you’re requesting a refund for
- A brief explanation of your experience
We will review your request within 3–5 business days.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
We comply with all applicable consumer protections, including guarantees relating to faulty or misrepresented products.
