How to Cope with a Loved One’s Addiction — Without Losing Yourself

A 12-week program to help you become calmer, clearer, and steadier — even when their behaviour is unpredictable.

WHY THIS PROGRAM EXISTS

If you’re anything like the women I support, you’ve spent years trying to hold it all together — quietly, alone, and often at the cost of your own wellbeing.

You may feel:
⚓ overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted
⚓ unheard or invisible in your own life
⚓ unsure where you end and their addiction begins
⚓ desperate for calm but constantly on edge
⚓ trapped between wanting to help and wanting to protect yourself
⚓ guilty for wanting boundaries
⚓ unsure how to talk about any of this without being judged

And the truth is…
No one teaches you how to love someone who’s struggling with addiction.

You’ve been navigating a storm with no map and no support.
That’s why I created the Anchored & Rising Circle.

Because you deserve a safe, structured space to learn how to steady yourself — emotionally, mentally, and spiritually — while still being human in the middle of it all.

The Anchored & Rising Method — The Four Pillars That Steady You

The Anchored & Rising Circle is built around four core pillars — the foundations you need when loving someone with addiction.

These pillars guide the entire 12-week journey:

1. Anchored Awareness
Understanding your emotions, triggers, patterns, and survival responses — without blame.
This is where you begin to see yourself clearly again.

2. Calm Nervous System
Practical tools to ground and regulate your nervous system during chaos, conflict, or uncertainty.
This is how you move from reactive to steady.

3. Clear, Compassionate Boundaries
Learning to communicate your needs without guilt, collapse, or over-explaining.
This is where you reclaim your space, your peace, and your self-respect.

4. Rising Identity
Rebuilding your confidence, self-worth, values, and vision for your future — even while their journey continues.
This is where you reconnect with who you are and who you’re becoming.

Together, these four pillars create the emotional structure you’ve been missing — helping you stay steady while you navigate real life.

Who You Become in 12 Weeks

By the end of the 12 weeks, you will:

⚓ Feel calmer and more grounded
⚓ Understand your patterns, triggers, and boundaries
⚓ Communicate clearly — without guilt
⚓ Respond instead of react
⚓ Stop rescuing, over-performing, or absorbing everything
⚓ Feel reconnected to your identity and inner strength
⚓ Have a future plan that isn’t dependent on their choices
⚓ Feel supported by women who truly understand
⚓ Have practical tools to stay steady — no matter what’s happening around you

In short:
You become the steady one in your own story.

By joining, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy, and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

(FORMAT + SCHEDULE)

A 12-Week Guided Experience — With Structure That Holds You

The Anchored & Rising Circle is designed to support you gently but powerfully, through a structure that feels steady, predictable, and human — even when the rest of life feels anything but.

This isn’t something you have to keep up with.
It’s a structured space you can lean into.

Here’s how it works.

Weekly Teaching & Integration

Each week you’ll receive structured teaching on the core theme of the program.

These sessions provide:

  • Clear guidance
  • Practical tools
  • Grounded reframes
  • Real-life application

All core teaching materials are accessible inside the program for the full 12 weeks.

Weekly Hot-Seat Coaching Call (60 minutes)

Each week, there is a second optional live call dedicated to hot-seat coaching.

During this session:

  • 2–3 members are coached live
  • Participation is voluntary
  • All sessions are recorded

Hot-seat calls alternate weekly between Australia-friendly and US-friendly times to support members in different time zones.

You do not need to be coached live to benefit. Many women find that witnessing someone else’s session brings just as much clarity and relief.

These calls are designed for depth — not crisis management or fixing someone else’s life.

Weekly Reflection or Integration Prompt

Each week you’ll receive a short workbook, exercise, or guided reflection to support integration.

These are:

  • Focused
  • Practical
  • Designed to fit into real life

There is no falling behind.

Private Anchored & Rising Community Access

You’ll have access to a private cohort space inside the Anchored & Rising Community.

This is where you can:

  • Share reflections
  • Ask questions
  • Celebrate progress
  • Or simply observe

There is no pressure to participate..

Support Between Sessions

Between coaching sessions, you’re welcome to post questions inside the community space.

I check in regularly to offer guidance, clarify concepts, and gently redirect when needed.

You’re not left holding everything alone until the next call..

Suggested Time Commitment

A realistic weekly rhythm looks like:

  • Approximately 60 minutes of teaching
  • Optional 60 minutes for live coaching
  • 15–25 minutes of reflection

Community engagement is entirely optional.

This work is about re-anchoring in your own life — not managing someone else’s.

Schedule & Timing

The Founding Member round begins April 2026.

Live coaching sessions take place weekly on Zoom and are recorded for replay.
Dates and times are shared with enrolled members prior to the program start.

ANCHOR & RISING CIRCLE — FAQs

Will this program coach me to leave my relationship?

No.
This program does not tell women to leave, and you will never be pressured to make a decision you’re not ready for.
The work focuses on strengthening you — emotionally, mentally, and practically — so that any decisions you make come from clarity rather than fear or chaos.
Whether you stay or go is always your choice.

I’m worried about the impact on my children. Can this really help?

Children benefit from having at least one emotionally steady parent.
You cannot control another adult’s addiction — but you can model regulation, boundaries, and self-respect.
When one parent becomes calmer and clearer, the emotional tone of a home shifts.
Strengthening yourself is one of the most protective things you can do for your family.

What if I can’t attend live, I’m in a different time zone, or life gets chaotic?

Live hot-seat coaching sessions alternate weekly between Australia-friendly and US-friendly times to support different time zones.
All live coaching sessions are recorded and available for replay.
You do not need to attend live to benefit. Many women engage primarily through replays and still experience meaningful growth.
There is no “behind” in this program.
There are no grades, no performance expectations, and no pressure to keep up.
You move at your own pace and engage in the way that supports you best.
This is support — not school.

Is this program right for me if my loved one is still actively using or my situation is complicated?

Yes.
This coaching can be beneficial whether your loved one is still using, relapsing, uncertain about recovery, or cycling in and out of change. It can also support you if you’re separated, co-parenting, or in a relationship that feels emotionally tangled.
Your situation does not need to be stable or resolved to begin this work.
If their behaviour feels unpredictable, exhausting, or consuming, this program is designed to help you become steadier within it.

Do I need to decide whether I’m staying or leaving before joining?

No.
You do not need clarity about your relationship before you begin this work.
Many women join while feeling conflicted, uncertain, or emotionally exhausted. Some are committed to staying. Some are considering leaving. Many genuinely don’t know yet.
This program is not about pushing you toward a decision.
It’s about helping you become calmer, clearer, and stronger so that any decision you make — now or later — comes from steadiness rather than fear, guilt, or chaos.
Your loved one’s choices may or may not change.
This work is about ensuring that you do.

Is this program therapy?

No.
Anchored & Rising Circle is a coaching and personal growth program. It is not therapy and does not replace clinical treatment, psychological care, or crisis support.
This work can complement therapy beautifully, but it is not designed for emergency situations.
If you require immediate support or are in danger, please contact appropriate local emergency or crisis services.

How long do I have access to the program?

As a Founding Member, you get lifetime access to the completed, polished version of the program — including updates and refinements.

When does the program start?

The Founding Member round begins in April 2026.
Enrolment closes March 31, 2026 — or when all 5 places are filled (whichever comes first).
Once enrolment closes, you’ll receive your confirmed start date, access to the private community space, and the full schedule.

What if I join and then realise it’s not for me?

As this is a Founding Member round with highly discounted pricing and personal access, all sales are final.
But the structure, support, and pace ensure that every woman receives meaningful guidance no matter where she starts.

I feel bad spending money on myself. Shouldn’t I be focusing on helping them instead?

Loving someone with an addiction often means you’ve been pouring from an empty cup for a long time.
This program helps you rebuild your strength, clarity, and emotional steadiness — which supports everyone around you, including your loved one.
Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish.
It’s essential.

What if I want to talk to you before joining?

You’re welcome to book a free 15-minute clarity call to ask questions, feel into the program, or check whether it’s a good fit for you.
